How could they? If your internet connection is only 'that' fast, it's
'that' fast both in Netscape and in Konqueror.
The real test is how fast they render pages. This means the time it takes
from the request until the page is displayed. That's where Konqueror (and
nearly any browser out there) beats Netscape 4.x.
