Edit /etc/lilo.conf as root and remove the sections you don't want.

Example of section:

image=/boot/vmlinuz
        label=failsafe
        root=/dev/hda1
        (...)

Another example:
other=/dev/hda3
        label=windows
        table=/dev/hda

Remove the sections you don't want, save lilo.conf, run lilo and reboot to 
see the chages.
(of course, be carefully when removing sections ;-)
