Well, yes, of course.  But Nimda will not do any harm to Linux/Samba.
Yes, it will create some files, but if you're "using" a Windows "server"
you're in way greater danger, as Nimda changes your C:\ drive to be
publically writable.

It can't do so with Samba.  So, there's no risk for Linux users.

PS: No fullquotes.  Period.
