OK, I am confused. Maybe we should back track a bit. I was under the impression that this was a gateway/router box with two NIC's, one internal and one external. In which case, you would not want any port open, such as netbios/samba (port 139), to the external side. If you would explain your network typology, maybe we could help... -- J.
