actually I saw two version of that regex yesterday. One had  the regex
enclosed in "" as you've suggested, and another did not. Strange thing
is that when i took the double quotes out the warnings evaporated from
syslog. as far as I can tell now they're working.... I think. It's hard
to say cause as of midnight last night i hadn't gotten anything from
either of the Mandrake lists and my posts there aren't showing up.

I'm at work at moment and I'm still not sure of the posts are showing
up. I sent one earlier to test the list, and haven't seen it yet. So,
I'm not even sure this one is going to get there.
