Indeed!  That does sound useful, and I've just added it to my config file.

Mark, check your /etc/postfix/main.cf file.  For myself, I've put those 
anti-spam measures at the end of the file.  If you don't already have the 
relevant entries, you want to add them.

If you want to do lookups against the Orbz databases for known/reported 
spam sources, add this one:

maps_rbl_domains = relays.orbd.org, inputs.orbz.org

Then, add the following two entries:

smtpd_recipient_restrictions = reject_unknown_client, permit_mynetworks,
        reject_maps_rbl, check_relay_domains
smtpd_client_restrictions = reject_unknown_client, 
reject_unauth_pipelining,
        reject_maps_rbl

If you don't do lookups, you wouldn't include the maps_rbl_domains entry, 
and you'd take out the reject_maps_rbl parts of the above two entries.
