That's the great thing about the old CP/M box I got -- 192k RAM (soldered in), 2 serial, 1 parallel, 5-1/4 SSDD floppy, 2 mhz Z80, on/off and reset switches, CP/M in ROM. The RAM was set up as a 128k ram disk and 64k for the system. Bootup took less than a minute, and that included copying the application from a floppy to the ram disk. The whole thing was housed in an external floppy box with a leather handle just like the ones that they used to put on lunch boxes. In two feet of snow. Up hill. Both ways. -- cmg
