Thanks a lot mike, U just saved my life. Your suggestion of going to a non-graphical console before using the switch works great. Does this suggest I am using a usb switch or a ps/2 one. Also, how can I reply to your messages so everybody receives my message as well? Should I hit reply, forward, or reply all? I am new to this mailing list thing.
