I was using the 8.2beta1 iso images from ftp.mirror.ac.uk

It was definately an option during install, and i believe the tools are the 
same. All i had to do was create a partition as normal (any FS) and then go 
to the extended options, forget the exact name, and select the encrypt 
option. If you are using diskdrake after an install, you will definately have 
to turn it to expert mode.

I cant give any more info as i was doing an install test on a machine, and 
have since deleted the system. The feature is definately there however, just 
needs a little looking.
