-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello everyone,
I am temporarily forced to use Kmail while I try to fix Evolution. This is the first time I have ever had trouble with it, and for the life of me I can't figure out what is the problem... When I try to launch Evolution, I get a dialog box with the following error message: "Cannot initialize the Ximian Evolution shell: Configuration Database not found." If I run evolution in debug mode, the following error is generated: "evolution-shell-WARNING **: Cannot access Bonobo/ConfigDatabase on wombat: (IDL:OAF/GeneralError:1.0)" Has anyone seen this before, or know hat to do about it? The rest of my Gnome desktop works just fine. I have tried restarting X, I have run "killev", I have even rebooted! All to no effect. I am (was) running Evolution 1.0.x, don't remember the exact point release number.
