i dont see how you can help people who claim to be having a hard time with the distro and not telling you specifics of how/when they get the problems. what is "standard" in their terms? what makes mandrake not "standard"? how did his system become unusable? just looking at his email, are you able to see what is it really that he is having a hard time with?
