No... this guy is just plain an idiot. nmap and tcpdump *are* included in 8.2, as he implied otherwise. And he likes to bash GNOME for some reason... shows he has no class or taste to begin with. The whole review stunk... not in terms of it being bad for Mandrake (yes, there are some issues... the errata addresses some of them, updates address others). This guy just is an ignorant boob...
