Only 64 Megs, that's the first thing.  Also, according to the above
line, you have 45 Megs worth of swap used.  That means it's reading and
writing to the harddrive almost constantly.

Post the results of "ps -aux" to the list.  Something is eating up 45
Megs of memory on your machine and that should show what it is.
