My guess is that you've got a bad power supply or some such that's cooking 
your hardware.  Before replacing anything else, I'd suggest thay you a) 
replace that, b) make sure you've got a decent surge suppressor, and c) that 
your case is well ventilated to prevent stuff from over heating...
