A little help here would be great.  I've taken a quick look at the twiki
site but it's awfully slow and I couldnt find anything in there that
directly pertains to a multi-lingual setup.  I also would prefer that it be
a seamless thing without setting up another wiki for it, just because it'll
make more sense to visitors.

If you have any links to something that specifically details how to set this
up, I'd sure appreciate it.  =)
