I think Index is OK there, but Table of Contents is probably better in 
the right-hand column.  I'd leave that just as you have it.

When do you actually want to see the user list?  Rarely, I think.  I 
would say that if I want to see an entry it is because I have read an 
entry, noted the name, and want to ask a direct question of that 
person.  To do that I click on the TwikiName, not the user list.  The 
only group we have is the admin group.  Again it can be got at 
through searching for 'Group', so I'd have no problem with removing 
it.

I'll wait to see if anyone else has an opinion before I do something 
about it.
