A couple years ago I was contacted by an individual interested in a motor I
was trying to sell in this sites classified. It turned out to be a very
polished scam involving both Nigeria and Europe. The certified check I
received
looked very real but it was bad. They wanted me to send them money because the
check was written for more than what the motor cost. Well I didn't and didn't
loose any money but I want to advise everyone to watch out.
The reason I'm sending this message now is I have ads in the classified now
and just got contacted by scamers again! I replyed "What are you going to use
this engine for? They replyed "Send me your name so I can get a check to
you". They have no idea what you would use one of these engines for!
