Christopher,

Familiarity with the track would probably make you a
little more comfortable, but you shouldn't worry about
it. Are you doing a single or double school?

You'll have plenty of time to pick up the line at
school. It should be discussed in classroom before the
on-track sessions begin. That will probably be
followed by a ride around in your instructor's street
vehicle to show you the line from course level. Then
there are NO PASSING on-track sessions before passing
is allowed. By the time passing is allowed, you'll
probably be VERY comfortable with the line. BTW, all
of the above is based on the double school at Gateway
last March.
