Chuck,
I know you have family up in the Maryland area. Union Memorial in Baltimore has 
the Arnold Palmer (I think) hand clinic where many a pro athlete has been 
repaired. Just a suggestion if you were to come up this way.  Good luck with 
the healing.

Sorry about the crash but glad to hear you are sort of alright. I know 
someone who underwent same type surgery. You may heal faster but figure on 
two months. Maybe you can rig up a necking knob.
