Ed, Mike's 4 link has the shocks mounted forward of the axle in the horizontal, push rods and bellcranks very similar to the front, actually the bellcranks are the same. The original had the rear shocks mounted vertical just aft of the axle. The problem was as the rear frame flexed and twisted, so did the shock mounting points, and that was transmitted to the axle. Not a happy way for the rear axle to operate. Mike has a "kit" to update the car, or he can do it for you. Basically they lop off the rear frame behind the hoop, and start from scratch. They work very, very well. CR
