I weigh 225, and In my Mk 5 (invader), I needed to add 20 lb. of lead to be
safe (always about 10 lb. over in impound) with the 494. I had full electric
start and all the goodies, radio ect. My car does not have any sheet metal on
it whatsoever though it's all carbon and or kevlar and most all the bolts
are titanium. Body is still standard fiberglass though. you can be big and
still get close to min weight, you just have to trim a little from everyplace
on
the car!
