Given that both cylinders of a 493 are very close in compression  
reading, I am seeking opinions as to the threshold in psi below which  
a top-end rebuild should be considered.
Could leaking reeds degrade this reading as well as rings/cylinder  
walls?
Does the RAVE have any effect at cranking speeds?
