I found this out from a M/C DSR driver: One more cost to remember is that the stock oil pan HAS to be replaced with either a special pan or a dry sump ($$$) because the motor no longer leans over in the curves and the result is catastrophic oil starvation!! Just add this to you total cost of owning a bike motor. Jim
