Chris You might check your front wheel bearings. If a bearing has gotten sloppy it will allow the hub to rock slightly under cornering load, spreading the brake pads and requiring a quick pump to return them to the rotor. Sometimes the car will tell you which bearing it is by being worse after turns in one particular direction.
Also you might try bleeding your master cylinders. I've had to that before, too.
