Chris, the other thing to think of is the location of the reservoir relative
to the calipers. Most likely the calipers are higher than the reservoir
requiring a residual pressure valve, kinda like a check valve to keep a certain
amount of pressure on the system at all times.

The sypmtoms are that on the first pump, you slow down a little, but
not a whole lot, but on the second pump, you stop like nobody's
business (at least compared to a street car).
I've tried bleeding twice now, but no change...
