yeah it happens occasionally , do a search on this topic
"teardown at moroso" quite a few years ago a bunch of 500's were torn apart
and it brought about a ton of rumors and stuff also.

seems pretty extreme for what I think of as a very grassroots racing
experience. I do know the motor builds are starting to get into the 7k
range for "stock" so maybe this is past due.
