That birdcage you have drawn probably about a $120 part complete with
bearing from a circle track shop.
If your axle is a different OD than their's you may be able to just change
to different bearing bore.
There are about a zillion of these birdcages out there being mass produced.

BTW, this is being rendered in eMachineShop software. They wanted even more
for this setup. Almost $700 with a 41 day turnaround.
I prefer this combo, IF I can found someone here in Lousyana to machine it.
