Most industrial bearing outlets have "two -holed bearing flanges" for
around $45 . That is where I am going when I get around to doing my
conversion. They weigh about 3 lbs a piece.

It would be great to just order from them, but they want over $500 to
machine two each. icon_eek.gif

Anyway, the parts are designed to sandwich a double bearing. The bearing

recess has a lip to prevent the bearing from sliding through the
carrier. The other plate holds the bearing in. The bolt holes for the
sandwich are 5/16. The holes for the trailing arm rod ends are 3/8. The
caliper extension is sized for a JFZ caliper with 3.25 mounting. The
leftover hole towards the bottom could be used for a shock rod. I put a
hole in the back of the main carrier to thread for the panhard bar
attachment.

Give me your thoughts.

BTW, I found the new pics of the Novakar rear suspension. I am drooling
on the keyboard.

Thanks,

Lee
