Beginning in approximately June of 2006 SCCA began publicizing that for the 2007 season Helmets needed to be Snell 2000 or later, that Snell stickers prior to 2000 would not be legal.
While you are checking dates....check the dates on your seat belts. While I don't necessarily agree with allowable life span of our helmet and seat belt rules we do have to comply with them.
