It looks like your mesh has overlapping UVs. When this happens, the same point on the texture image maps to multiple places on the head. Since Customizer can't pick a colour that works for both you'll get patches depending on where the colour was sampled from. The solution is to get rid of any overlapping areas in your UV map then re-run the geometry & texture integration steps in Customizer.
