Ah. factor-rc is intended to consist of Factor code, so the parser is trying to
read it and execute a word "F:\media\Repositories\TubbyMcTubs" that doesn't
exist. "factor-roots" is the name of the file that contains additional
vocabulary roots. Try renaming the file and it should work.
factor.exe should really throw up a MessageBox on early errors like this.
