(Your tautology aside) not especially, and
Sunthar seems utterly uninterested in
engaging in a discussion that will
reveal its mysteries to me or connect it
to my present and past paradigms.

Moreover, when I speak with him, he
inevitably cuts me off two to three words
into anything I say and goes on speaking
his own thoughts. I eventually give up
trying to converse and just listen until
I grow bored or irritated.

I can say that I spent years studying
Maharishi Vedic Science and never once
heard a word like "Indology," at least
until I started talking with Sunthar.

I believe that you could get MIU PhDs
in MSV in a room with Indologists and
have virtually no commonality of language
or concepts.

Hand one of Sunthar's writings to the average
MIU/MUM student, and he or she will feel
pretty lost pretty fast.

Sunthar has a doctorate in aesthetics,
and is an authority on Dear Abhi's
theory of humor and aesthetics.

Again, who at MIU/MUM has heard of
Abhinavagupta? Maharishi doesn't talk
about him, so he's off the radar.

Yes,
