If you have any of these sorts of fears then I've found that rudraksha really really work wonders, get a 7 mukhi small 108 bead strand from Neeta at like $75.00 or something, they're really good. The Mahalakshmi strand, good for Saturn and that pressing heavy feeling as if you're being crushed.
