This would have to be an extremely high-end mall, I believe, if 2000 
sq.feet ran $250K/yr. According to the following link, mid-level mall 
space runs ~$40/sq.ft. on an annualized basis, so 2000sf plus a 
percentage of sales would be ~$100,000, still a lot more than the TM 
mall store is likely to take in most locations, but not anywhere near 
$250K/year:

There is such a high-end mall in Vegas -- I had to laugh when a 
doorman at Saks held the door open for my shabbily-dressed ass (I'm 
sure that doing that is the worst part of the job for the poor guy) --
