A couple of days ago I finished my TMSiddhi program and settled into my rest period. 5 or 10 minutes later I found my awareness coming back into my "head" after sleep had apparently occured. Instead of the usual inside of the head with the eyes closed atmosphere of darkness with thoughts moving around, there was only a vast field of the most breathtakingly beautiful blue that I had ever seen with some areas that were sparkling and of a slightly lighter hue. I heard my voice saying "wow, that's nice", then slowly the blue faded and was replaced with the inside of the head back of the eyelids appearance that one see's with their eyes. Never had this experience before so it's interesting that you would be mentioning something similar in your post.
