**********

Neither Chopra nor the TMO had any case against JAMA, although a suit
was filed. Chopra deliberately ignored the publication guidelines of
JAMA, and when he was exposed, put on his usual snotty act, and sued,
but it never came to anything because neither he nor MAPI had a
legitimate gripe against JAMA. If MAPI decided to drop the suit, and
let Chopra sue on his own if he wanted and pay his own way (which
would have been real stupid, even for a millionaire author like
Chopra, since he had no case), then directors of MAPI would certainly
have been doing the right thing, and Chopra had no reason to complain
about this, since it was Chopra's stupid and arrogant failure to
follow JAMA guidelines that resulted in the fracas.

You are ignoring the post I made previously which clearly shows that
Chopra and MAPI jointly filed suit against JAMA:

for $194 million")
