Nonsense. All capitalists are human, and thus they have
every say in the world in how they choose to do business.
Most these days just choose to do business in an inhumane
and unethical way. That doesn't mean the problem is with
the system, merely with the people in the system. Put the
same people in a different system and they would be just
as inhumane, unethical, and greedy. The change has to
come on the level of the people, not the system.

Nonsense again. That's the "gotta blame somebody" victim
mentality speaking. There are lots of capitalists out
there doing business in an ethical and life-supporting
manner. No one has succeeded in "crushing" them. These
kinds of rhetoric are, in my experience, spouted as an
alternative to actually doing things a different way.

And you're going to replace it with what, exactly?

*Whatever* you choose to replace it with, if the people
using the system are so out of touch with reality and
eternity and their own humanity to abuse capitalism,
they are certainly going to abuse the new system as
well. The system has not been invented that cannot
be perverted to serve the greedy.

The problem is not with the system; the problem is to
a larger extent with the people who blame the system
rather than just living their own lives a different way.
Maharishi blames capitalism and then runs an organiz-
ation that is the *epitome* of greedy, uncaring, monop-
olistic capitalism gone wild. It's sheer hypocrisy.

I say let those who claim to have a Better Idea for how
the world should be run demonstrate that idea by living
it. Until they do, they're just one more set of people
bitching instead of doing anything to change the way
things are.
