Well, according to the figures I reproduced above, the U.S. gave over $700 million in just 5 years. According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_aid_to_Palestinians Sweden and Denmark gave a total of about $36 million in 2006 (plus another $35 million through NGOs although I don't know what that is). Methinks you are off by about $650 million just for the last 5 years...
