I work with psychotics on a regular basis so it is
very easy to know what to do. Was I there, no, of
course not. But from what has been reported Sem was
displaying very disorganized, psychotic behavior well
before the pen incident. If you're not trained to deal
with psychotic behavior you keep on thinking the
person is going to snap out of it or something along
those lines. That's not going to happen. Unfortunately
nobody knew what to do and a death occured.
