Is she in this part of the country? I suggest that first she go to
Mayo and get thoroughly evaluated. In the evaluation she should
mention her desire for a holistic approach. She may actually get some
good recommendations from Mayo.

I know this is going against the grain here. But, this is life and
death. If she hasn't had an outside evaluation by the appropriate
specialists, she needs one. They also can help her make her way
through the bogus regimens. 

I didn’t know when I first posted this, but it’s bladder cancer and is now
in her lungs. I think she’s gone the allopathic route, which doesn’t offer
any hope, and is looking at alternatives, without false expectations.
