I myself also have thought of these take-overs as something not
totally benevolent, but I'm not sure. In big part of her personality
there is a good reality check, but in some areas the perception
becomes deluded and the delusions are turned around to a feeling of
superiority and having some very special experiences.

My friend has been several times in a severe mess both mentally and
physically. But she shows an amazing capacity to recover.
She is 58 now, and looks young for her age and is energetically
vibrant. She is quite competent in working with her emotions and with
many kinds of energies. We both share the experience, have shared for
a long time, that we can talk with each other easily about things, we
have difficulties with most other people. And that in spite of the
fact that we have quite different conceptual frameworks. Mine is
modern psychology and I'm very down to the earth and quite rational
and she is the opposite. Also people have commented that we are
energetically in many ways quite similar.

In my friend's case the walk-in experiences happen (my judgement),
when she connects to levels and energies that are too powerful for her
to contain.
She has a very sensitive nervous system, so it happens quite easily to
her.

A few years ago she learned a technique to counterbalance these
experiences and is doing much better now. She calls this technique
quantum collapse. It is a kind of internal questioning method, that
has similarities to that of Byron Katie.

My friend is kind of an enigma too as MMY is.
I can have very high level inspiring discussions with her. She has a
lot of deep understanding and insight and is very perceptive. But I
feel she tends to mix her dreams and reality. And she kind of wants to
`glorify' her experiences so badly that she interprets t them in a
fabulous fashion.
