Just in case that wasn't clear enough, there are a few (very few) instances in which Tibetans willingly allow a disembodied entity to possess or speak through them. One is the State Oracle of Tibet, who allows a reputedly trustworthy entity to possess him from time to time to give predictions (uncanny in their accuracy) about the future of Tibet and the Tibetan people. This job is considered pretty much the ultimate selfless service gig, because most of the State Oracles have a lifespan about a third that of their fellow monks. And they know that going in.
