Its quite amazing that an administration to startling incompetent has
suddenly found the skills to control widely diverse international
markets that set the price of oil. What was there rational to letting
it drop to $81 two weeks ago? To confuse us? Maybe they are succeeding
with some beyond their wildest dreams.
