We've been through this. The second edition of the OED 
lists "Transcendental Meditation" as a trademark. Whenever any MUM 
student writes about TM the writing teacher makes sure that the 
proper capitalization, punctuation, etc., is used. Likewise with 
whenever an article is published by the TM, etc.

The movement has some decent lawyers advising them on these things.
