Thanks, I might try that. I recently noticed that doing fast alteranate nostril pranayama (my take of it) gives a nice, light feeling in my head. I'm not absolutely sure, though, how exactly it should be done. I've only seen some TM-teachers do it, not been instructed how to do it.
