I suspect that no one on the list has ever pushed an elephant up a hill using only his dick as a pushing device, either. No matter how potentially noble the goal, sometimes it comes down to a matter of the basic futility of the effort outweighing any potential benefit. Pushing an elephant up a hill with your dick is much easier than "defining enlightenment." And at the end of it at least you'd have an elephant on a hill to point at and say, "There."
