Nothing to explain. You trust others, be they teachers or scriptures or science or whatever, more than you trust yourself. That's your call. May it get you where these sources you trust want you to get to. Me, I'll simply trust myself, and my own experience. This is one of the fundamental issues of FFL, reduced to its bare bones. Many here are looking for a 'guru,' an expert to tell them what everything means and what to do next. Others are content with looking around and trying things on for size and figuring out for them- selves what constitutes the best "fit," becoming their own expert.
