Shemp, take a load off your mind. Go see a doctor and look into a heart scan. 
You'll learn if your fears are justified or not. If you have advanced heart 
disease, you can do something about it. If not, you can worry about something 
else!
PS take an aspirin a day. It'll thin your blood.

I see friends my age who meditate and they definitely look pretty much the same 
as 30 years ago. I lost my hair so I don't get the same reactions I think for 
that reason.

Inside, I feel like a 15 year old...but that may be a function of my immaturity 
more than anything. 

But that's when I'm feeling good. I've been so stressed out as of late that I 
feel I'm going to have a heart attack and die at any moment.
