Kapha tea?  For you?  You come off as a very high strung vata.  You look 
vata.  Maybe you are just strung out on the high but it has to be better 
for you than meth.  Seems at least for the summer in Austin pitta would 
be appropriate.  Every try it.   The green tea though is good for pitta.

I'm not interesting in prescribing medicine.  I'm just giving some 
fairly harmless suggestions of things to try.

But you might want to listen the second hour of Thom Hartmann's show 
this morning where he has a psychiatrist on at the bottom of the hour.  
This guy discussed the problems with anti-depressants and how little 
they've been tested.  He also said he tried Zoloft for a week to see its 
effects and said it made him not care about anything.  You can find the

Wow if that is how you qualify a doctor you really are a lost soul.  You 
need to get some smarts, Willy.
