No you are confusing me with the guy in the viewing line who sneezed hard right in front of the Sand Mandala. Sort of like Woodie Allen in the cocaine scene in Annie Hall. But its a serious and respectful question: > What effects, insights or attainments etc did you gain from attending the Kalachakra empowerment? I accidently attended a Kalachakra given by HHDL in Sarnath. I stumbled into Benares the day it began, oblivious to its commencement. When i heard about it, I quickly scooted over to Sarnath and sat for about a week in a large field with about 500,000 Tibetians, Nepalesse, etc who had come for the event. All the proceedings went on in tibetian -- with no translation. I just absorbed the sounds and blessings. And on the last day, I did view the sand mandala, after being literally locked for hours in a sea of human bodies rolling this way and that, which somehow emerged into a viewing line. If anyone stumbled, many could have been crushed. It was a real surrender moment (well 5 hours). I still have little idea what it was about, though clearly quite special and extensive. It felt good.
